Pre-Start Inspection?

Perform routine pump checks per operational specifications
System Configuration Verification?
Confirm pipeline clearance, selected thickener tank operation status
Ensure feed water valve ?fully open?, thickener discharge/seal water valves ?closed?
Engage slag pump interlock protection
Slurry Pond Conditions?
Verify debris-free environment with minimum ?1.2m water level?
Agitator Activation?
Start corresponding agitator and confirm stable operation
VFD Preset?
Set variable frequency drive (VFD) to ?<10% speed setpoint
